serviced the technical end-user needs of the large business communities in the Chicago
region.
These environments provide high-levels of support, responsiveness and expertise
through the resource availability of the equipment manufacturers and
hardware/software vendors.
These resources have historically been available only to Fortune 500 type Corporations.
Manufacturers and other service provider programs have never offered the same high
level of support to small businesses and home users.
In early 2003, ATC was created to supply these needs to our small local businesses and
home PC users. On-site support, setups, evaluations, networking, and the Internet are
just a few of the programs that are now available in the greater Chicago region; and
you don’t need to have 500 employees and a corporate contract.
Those days of spending hours on the phone and/or having to pack-up and bring your
system to a retail store are over. And as the business necessity, and complexities for
computer technology and the Web grows more each day, the need for a trusted
service partner increases.
